What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Installations of CCTV systems and burglar alarms recur as the main work described by customers, with the proprietor Adam named repeatedly across the accounts. Reviewers consistently praise the standard of the finished job, describing neat, clean workmanship and equipment that performs clearly in both daylight and darkness.

Customers in several reviews describe how advice and guidance extended beyond what the job strictly required, with suggestions offered that they had not previously considered, and the same approach to planning is mentioned in relation to both new systems and replacements for outdated setups. Punctuality and reliability come up often, as does the speed of fitting, with one customer noting that a four-camera installation was completed quickly and tidily. After-sales support features in multiple accounts: help is described as readily available by telephone, with any problems resolved efficiently.

Fair pricing is another repeated point, alongside the friendliness and patience of the installer, who is described as polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. The business has also been used for repeat projects, with customers returning for camera and alarm work, and at least one recommendation passed to a family member who reported a similar experience. Tidiness extends to clearing up afterwards, leaving the property in good order.

I had a great experience with newtech. They gave me lots of advise and guidance outside of what was required of them. I felt at ease and felt that they were very trustworthy. They were also super tidy and left the place cleaner than they found it.

I've chosen to use All New tech on a couple of occasions, for CCTV and also an Alarm installation and I've never been disappointed. The quality of work from Adam was exceptional, a very tidy install for both systems. If ever I have had any issues there has always been help at the other end of the phone and always resolved efficiently. I recommended All NewTech to a family member and they also experienced the same excellent service. If you choose to use All NewTech, you'll be happy you did.

Our present CCTV system, was to say the least, outdated. Having contacted several installers we chose a local installer NEWTECH. An appointment was made with Adam, the proprietor, and we went through what we needed. Everything was double checked by him and suitable suggestions were made, which we’d never considered. The installation was professionally done, with a neat, clean and excellent finish. More than happy with the work, the cameras cover areas we’d never considered, and makes the observation of any issues simple. Cannot recommend this Company highly enough. He also resolved an issue with a hidden ARLO camera which had been a problem for some considerable time. Many Thanks Adam.
