Alarm Doctor

Alarm Doctor is a family business that has served the East Yorkshire region for over 20 years. Its service area includes Beverley, Hull and the local towns and villages. The company's engineers are qualified, and its work is carried out to BS4737 standards. Alarm Doctor is a Scantronic registered installer. It installs, repairs and services all types of burglar and intruder alarm systems. It also installs and services security lighting.

In Beverley and the surrounding area, Alarm Doctor has built a reputation among customers for rapid attendance at alarm faults and system resets. A recurring theme across the feedback is the speed of the response, with same-day callouts appearing frequently, including one instance where a late-evening fault was guided through a temporary measure before a follow-up visit the next morning. Reviewers often describe the work as professional and efficient, and the expertise of Darren and Sam is singled out in several accounts for tracking down faults on neglected installations and explaining matters clearly.

Customers often note that a price was agreed before any repair began and regard the charges as reasonable, with one mentioning that a full service was completed alongside the fix. The team is also described as friendly and informative, and some customers report going on to arrange yearly servicing or passing the details to neighbours. Fault finding, alarm repairs, servicing and the restoration of neglected systems come up again and again, alongside a readiness to fit urgent jobs in at short notice and a willingness to share practical advice over the phone before arriving on site.
