The team at Adept are a pleasure to work with and always go above and beyond for their customer. They take such care and attention with their installation work... a true credit to security and safety! Kenn is always available on the phone to sort any issues/queries I may have! Thanks all.

First class service from Greg & the team at Adept. Cameras & alarms installed following a recent burglary. Greg came to see us quickly, talked through options and gave us sound advice. We received detailed plans & a v reasonable quote. Within a week we had the guys attend to install. Communication was great throughout. The kit is impressive, simple to use & top quality. Highly recommended. Thank you Adept - I can sleep soundly again

I'm delighted with Adept's service and team so far. I have been particularly impressed by Richard. He is clearly very knowledgable and explains everything clearly. Thank you very much.

Adept Security Systems provided an excellent service from start to finish. Their engineers were professional, very helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the works. They took the time to explain exactly what had been completed, worked in a tidy manner, and were well-mannered at all times while on site. A special mention to the Operations Manager, Kenn Amechi, who was extremely helpful and proactive. He ensured the engineers were booked in promptly and attended site with the correct materials, which made the whole process run smoothly. Once the work was completed, Kenn followed up by issuing the worksheets the very next day, so we had full clarity on what had been done. Overall, a very well-organised and professional company — I would not hesitate to recommend Adept Security Systems.

I've worked with Adept on many projects over the past few years. Great service and excellent value for money. Greg Plumpton is a pleasure to work with, always goes above and beyond to find the right solution. Overall, a very good team and company to deal with.

John and Owen were fantastic to work with! They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was smooth, efficient, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s obvious they care about doing the job right and about their customers. I highly recommend John and Owen and this alarm company to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service. Kat (manager at capital hair & beauty)
