He is professional, reliable and will always return your call. We recently upgraded our router and he talked me through how to re-connect the system to WIFI. Would highly recommend.

I called Chris when the alarm was going off intermittently. He suggested it could be a battery. When he arrived he diagnosed the system, discovered it wasn't the battery but was a fault from a previous horse based engineer 🤠. He explained the fault and showed me (most of it over my head haha). He very honestly didn't (but could have) change or charge me for a battery. He simply fixed the issue, charged the call out fee, and left us with a working alarm. A great honest and very knowledgeable tradesman. Thank you Chris!

Got in touch with Chris to service and fix my alarm system, but unfortunately it's age of thirty five years was well and truely up. Chris fitted a new system which is great, nothing was too much trouble for him he works quickly and very tidy great character I would definitely recommend him he's a star 🌟
Our alarm had been broken by someone else (trying to fix it). Absolute came out and identified the problems and had them sorted in less than 20 mins. Explaining exactly what was wrong and whst he did to fix it. Really friendly and knowledgeable guy.
Arranged for Chris to remove our old Visonic alarm and upgrade to a new Pyronix Alarm, which works over WiFi and comes with a phone app. Chris is friendly, professional and has done a great job installing the new alarm. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
