Excellent customer service and prompt support throughout. Jess and Damian are always on hand to answer any questions via email, and the team on the phone are always helpful whenever needed. Damian always provides advice that is appropriate for our school and our specific needs, which is greatly appreciated. It’s fantastic that all engineers are DBS checked, which is especially important for work within our school. Every engineer has been friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions we’ve had. They also respond to call-outs in a timely manner.

We have been with Absolut for many years now.

I've been a customer of Absolut for a few years now, via recommendations, and have to say they are very customer focussed. I've never been let down by any of their staff. Very reasonable service charges too, which can be monthly direct debit or annual fee for an annual service. Also covered are callouts and any advice or repair that may be necessary. The system I have is really reliable and mobile phone remote controlled - so easy for a dinosaur like me!!! These guys are highly recommended - totally honest, reliable and reasonably priced.
