A1 Alarms, A1 Electrical, A1 CCTV - All Liverpool areas covered

A1 Alarms, A1 Electrical, A1 CCTV is a family-run electrical firm established in 1980. The company specialises in house rewires and provides services including fuseboard installation, homebuyer test reports, wire-free burglar alarms, and CCTV systems. It covers all areas of Merseyside, including Liverpool, Southport, Wirral and Ormskirk. Discounts are offered for OAPs and special rates for landlords.

Households across Liverpool seeking new or replacement alarm systems form the core of the feedback for this firm, with electrical work and CCTV also featuring among the jobs described. Several customers recount that installations were completed quickly and without fuss, and that the finished alarm has performed faultlessly since. Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly, with installation teams arriving when arranged and working in a clean, tidy manner, including the removal of old equipment. Reviewers single out Richard, Adrian and Michael by name for their professionalism, patience and willingness to explain controls and smartphone apps in plain terms, an approach that proved particularly helpful where an elderly relative needed guidance.

The advice offered before work began, from demonstrating devices to recommending suitable wireless equipment, is described as thorough and unhurried, and follow-up support after a router change was handled promptly. Tidiness stands out too, with little disturbance to decoration during rewiring and no clearing up left for the householder. Customers frequently note that the completed job matched what had been discussed and priced, and many say they have already passed the firm's details to others or intend to use the team again for future electrical and security work.
