Gary from A&M UK Security Ltd carried out a fantastic installation at my mum’s property today, including four cameras, three floodlights, a video doorbell camera and other security fittings. I initially contacted A&M because of their strong reviews and from the outset Gary was excellent. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and takes real pride in his work. The quality of the installation was outstanding and where needed, he also carried out extra work on the day to ensure everything was fitted properly, positioned well and completed to a very high standard. All fittings and fixtures are of high quality and the overall finish is neat, tidy and completed to an exceptionally high standard. He went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my mum fully understood how everything worked before leaving, which was hugely appreciated. Gary is a genuine gem of a person with very high standards and the job was completed to an excellent professional standard throughout. It is rare to come across this level of care and service. I couldn’t recommend A&M UK Security enough. Spoke to Garry a few weeks ago regarding some CCTV for my property. All I can say is he is very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what I needed and the most efficient and affective way of achieve it. After our conversation he ordered everything and within a few days he called me and said he has everything and booked me in for installation. Amazing service from the team today, they installed 7x cameras all around my property. Once everything was set up and running, Garry talked me through everything and showed me exactly how to use the new CCTV system. I will be having the guys back in the next few weeks to install a new alarm. Thank you very much for all your help, made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish.
