My experience was the same as lots of the other reviews. Gavin failing to answer calls, emails and when you do eventually get hold of him and arrange an appointment, he just doesn't bother to show up. No apologies or anything. This happened 3 times. Complete time waster. Awful company. Don't waste your time with them. Read all the other reviews!

Pretty awful service from Gavin all round. Threshold took over the servicing of our system and installed a monitored GPRS line. While installing the antenna it was clear the position was not suitable and would struggle to maintain signal but Gavin was adamant it was fine, more likely because it was right next to the box and easy to install. Ever since the GPRS installation we have had nothing but issues with constant connection issues and none stop communication failure notification phone calls at all hours night and day. Despite visiting since Gavin has continuously refused to address the issue and move the antenna. Recently we requested a service visit and to finally fix the antenna, an appointment was booked and missed with no explanation or communication, this was not the first time and would regularly happen with Gavin. We have since sent several emails and messages trying with no response. We have now lost patience and have gone elsewhere, if anyone is looking for a professional and timely company to work with we can highly recommend the Alarm People who came out the next day after making our initial enquiry.

Threshold supplied our alarm several years ago. We have never had any problems and the servicing keeps it up to date, functioning properly and gives me peace of mind. Very helpful and friendly company.

Gavin was very nice to deal with and was helpful when you could get hold of him, but numerous no-shows for arranged appointments, a system that was half installed, no back-up support for software that had crashed and a job half-finished not fit for use. Have since had to pay another company to come in to finish the job and put right various aspects of the work Threshold carried out. This was for a charity as well!

Dont waste ypur time! Gavin came out & gave us a quote, then we made an appointment for the installation...& no one turned up. This happened two more times, even following a conversation with Gavin assuring us this would not happen again. We have since gone elsewhere & wouldn't recommend this company at all
