A proof of presence system digitally records patrols and site checks, and officers wear body cameras to record key interactions and incidents. A 24-hour control room operates with a 28-minute average response time. The company has completed 8000+ security call-outs, conducts 6,000+ patrols annually, has supported 500+ events, and has kept 1,000,000+ members of the public safe.

It serves sectors including business & commercial, corporate, warehouse & distribution, logistics & haulage, manufacturing & industrial, education & public sector, office & retail, student housing, rural, heritage & cultural, construction, public spaces, local government, hospitality & events, media & production, real estate, charities & non-profit, managed residential & housing, healthcare, theatres & event spaces, critical infrastructure, and residential.

Stage Security operates as a security service from its Ipswich base, and the two accounts describe contrasting experiences. One reviewer calls the company pleasant to work with, describing the personnel as professional and cooperative, and adds that they would respect the firm more if it passed on parts of the contract.

The other account details problems with contact: calls were booked and then rescheduled, the promised call never arrived, and ringing the head office brought an unhelpful response along with what was viewed as a poor attitude and a lack of professionalism. The security service is the only work referred to in either account, and no member of staff is named. The feedback turns on how communication was handled and on conduct during contract discussions.
