Businesses seeking manned guarding in the Northampton area have turned to this provider, with one account describing a formal and professional attitude among the guarding staff and satisfaction with the standard of protection delivered. A contrasting view expresses dissatisfaction with the service received, indicating that experiences have not been uniform.

The two perspectives sit at opposite ends of the scale, one praising the professionalism of the security provision and the other questioning its value. The formal conduct noted by one customer remains the most concrete point of praise, while the critical account offers no detail about what prompted the dissatisfaction, leaving the picture unresolved.
