Quick personal service . Martin came out quickly after an internet cable was inadvertently cut in an awkward location and worked out a cost effect solution . V happy
Our TV reported no signal, so I replaced the booster power pack, but that didn't fix it this time. That's when I called MK Aerials. Martin came out the next day at the agreed time, diagnosed that the aerial had had its day. Less than an hour later, we were up and running with a new aerial and booster, and the TV channels rescanned and tested. Thank you Martin.
I was very pleased with the work that was done and the price and the person was very good
We mailed MK Aerials on a Sunday to get a quote to get our TV cabling to our satellite dish replaced and working. I got a reply on Monday promising a visit to give a quotation on the Wednesday. Martin came at the promised time, listened to our concerns especially around the issues of satelllite dish placement. He made some measurements with his own dish. We agreed a solution, and exactly how we would reroute the cables. He then gave us a quote on the spot, and said that if we wanted he could do it right away. The price was reasonable, and we were pleased to accept. The job was done and the cables neatly pinned to the wall. Martin helped configure our new Freesat box to make sure both channels were working. He politely answered all our questions. We are satisfied we had a good job done.
I can’t praise Martin and the team enough. Martin mounted a new sound bar and TV to the wall in my Lounge. The attention to detail was 10/10. Martin was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. After the initial installation, I called Martin out again to lower the TV and sound bar due to my poor judgement! Martin happily lowered the TV and sound bar (Sorry Martin!). Both me and my wife are Thrilled with the result. If you need a TV mounted, this is man to do it!
Martin was prompt and carried out work to a high standard and will definitely use again and recommend to friends
Very fast service, Martin was efficient and helpful. Got me back up and running in no time
