The worst security company. This is easily one of the most unprofessional security companies I’ve dealt with. The service was disorganized, unreliable, and far below what anyone should expect from a company trusted with safety. Guards were frequently inattentive and poorly prepared, and basic responsibilities were either ignored or performed at the bare minimum—if at all. Communication was terrible; getting clear answers or timely responses felt like pulling teeth. When issues were raised, management showed little accountability and even less urgency to fix them. Hiring this company was a mistake. Instead of peace of mind, it created more problems and constant follow-ups just to get the basics done. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless you enjoy paying for excuses and subpar service. Avoid this place!

After watching tik tok live tonight its appalling. I have the full video if you want to get in contact. This security officer is a disgrace and his language. He also assaulted the person who was recording see photos as he wouldnt identity himself after screaming shouting and swearing. He also didn't seem to know the laws around his job and just what he was carrying out. Absolute disgusting.

Can’t fault these guys enough, we were in a situation being locked out of our apartment out of hours, and the building management were very unhelpful. Fortunately we contacted Magpie Security who understood our situation and came out straight away. Special thanks to Edwin who was very professional and helpful getting myself and my pregnant partner in the apartment straight away.
