Insight Security & Facilities Ltd, a security guarding provider operating around Bournemouth and Verwood, draws a mixed picture from customer accounts. The most common thread running through the feedback concerns reliability and professionalism, with several reviewers describing the guards as consistently dependable when issues arise with other tenants and highlighting their friendly manner. Trained staff and high standards are also noted, and one reviewer singles out the responsiveness of the reception team as a positive.

However, a recurring complaint centres on how the company handles alarm call-outs, particularly fire alarms, with claims that guards failed to attend in a timely manner and that a response took around half an hour. Another account alleges that a guard gave incorrect legal advice during a council-related visit, describing the conduct as falling short of expected standards. A further reviewer recalls an incident in which guards left the scene of a fight, expressing disappointment that they did not intervene. Others describe the guards as lacking experience in confrontational situations. The business operates as a security guarding contractor serving Bournemouth and the surrounding area.
