The CCTV course I was booked onto, was postponed twice, due to the Covid pandemic. When it was eventually scheduled, I found that I was not given a course book or homework prior to the course. This, coupled with Ray Steeles lack of proper educational guidance meant that I felt I didn't have enough knowledge to do the required exams. When I brought this to the attention of Ray Steele and the company, I was informed that they made a mistake and was given a full refund. This company failed me in the basics. Failing to provide me with the necessary tools required to pass the exam because of an oversight. I would steer as far from the inept Ray Steele and this company as it was possible to do!!! I only gave it a star because I couldn't post this otherwise.

Good course and environment for training. Experienced instructor, Ray Steele, delivered all the course content with good examples, experiences and humour.
