What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Across Liverpool, Greater Than Security has built its reputation on domestic and commercial installations carried out with evident professionalism. Waél is the name that recurs throughout accounts of projects, from first enquiry to finished alarm or CCTV system, and reviewers describe how quickly he answered initial contact, attended the property, talked through the process and supplied a quotation. Punctuality and reliability feature strongly: agreed dates were honoured, work commenced as scheduled and the team came back the next day to show how the equipment operated, leaving the area clean and tidy.

Installations mentioned include intruder alarms, cameras positioned around homes, and a passcode door with footage linked to a phone, while one commercial customer notes that the team worked outside normal trading hours to suit the business. Honest advice on equipment choices is another theme, along with a readiness to assist with queries long after the job finished. The same care and personal touch appear whether the brief covered eight cameras or a showcase setup, and the willingness to help at any hour is raised more than once.

Just rang this company to ask for some advice just regarding whether I could use any hard drive with my system. He was dead honest the guy I spoke to and even recommended I could buy one online a proper nice guy man.

Even though we did not need to install cameras for security purposes, (just for showcasing our work and products), GTS knew exactly how to put us in the right direction and performed a professional service by pinpointing our specific requirements and delivering the best possible results. The cooperation, professionalism, understanding and personal touch we received from Waél and his team were the best! The work itself was carried out aesthetically and considerately to the highest standards leaving us knowing they are there for us with solutions should a problem arise.
