We have used Ellenbrook Fire and Security for over 10 years for intruder alarms and cctv at both our homes and business premises and they have always provide an excellent reliable service. Steve and his team are knowledgeable on all the latest technology and provide an excellent installation service with great ongoing aftercare including on going servicing of the installed systems.

Had a recommendation from a neighbour about Steve Jones and got him along to advise on a complete replacement for our 25 year old wired system. Steve suggested an RF (radio frequency) system with linked heat and smoke alarms, which wasn’t cheap, but met our needs and brought our security into the 21st century. We had a full system, with sensors, contacts, smoke and heat detectors installed with the fully app based controls downloaded. Absolutely amazed with both the system and the service. Our installer Keil was an utter professional with decades of experience, who completed an immaculate job and set us both up with Apps and Fobs. Can’t recommend this team more highly. You will definitely find cheaper, but you will struggle to better the service anywhere in the North West. Don’t hesitate.

Following my father's surgery, he became bed-bound at home upon discharge, necessitating regular visits from carers four times a day. This required a solution that allowed easy access for carers without disrupting his rest, while ensuring the house remained secure at all other times. I reached out to two local companies—one of which was Ellenbrook Fire and Security. Steve from Ellenbrook responded promptly and with professionalism, unlike the other company that failed to respond. In hindsight, that turned out to be a blessing. Steve and his team were not only highly respectful but also attentive to the specific needs of both my father and my stepmother. After a thorough discussion, Steve recommended an excellent solution that balanced security, convenience, and cost. The installation included a magnetic door release system, a front door camera, a push-button exit system, and an exterior keypad for ease of access for regular visitors, including carers and family members. Since the installation, I noticed a minor adjustment was needed to further enhance ease of use. Steve has already arranged to address this, and I’m confident it will be perfect once complete. Ste and Kiel arrived promptly, surveyed the job, and quickly ordered the necessary equipment—3 cameras, a DVR, and a monitor—so my father and stepmother could have peace of mind inside their home. The installation was carried out efficiently, with everything set up both on the monitor and in the cloud for remote access. They left no mess behind, ensuring a clean and professional finish. Very easy to give Steve and team another 5 star review. The whole process from quote to installation was smooth. Steve was open and honest, explained everything and I felt right from the start these were good people. Installation day didn't run as smoothly as one would hope, but Steve handled it really well and managed the adversity in the most professional way, further proving the calibre of this business. I wouldn't think twice about considering using them again in the future and will recommend to anyone who asks.
