Couldn't recommend Keiron at Birmingham Security Systems enough. He sorted an alarm for my commercial property in Birmingham and was brilliant from start to finish. The price was really good, communication was spot on, and he made the whole process so easy. Keiron is a genuinely friendly, easy-going guy who knows his stuff and wasn't pushy at all. He explained everything clearly and got everything sorted without any hassle. It's hard to find companies that offer great prices and genuinely great customer service these days, but Birmingham Security Systems definitely does. I'll happily use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable security system in Birmingham, the West Midlands and beyond!

I have an elderly lady I care for who had had a power cut her alarm was goin off and she was upset. These guys talked me through a reset. Highly recommended as they went the extra bit to help. Well done.
