What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Gate automation and the installation of electric gates feature throughout the feedback left for this business, with customers in the Marlborough area describing work on aluminium systems that replaced older wooden structures. Reviews time and again mention the professionalism of the team on site, noting that those carrying out the work were courteous, polite and kept the household informed as the job progressed. The standard of the completed gates, their motors and the remote access equipment receives consistent praise, as does the depth of product knowledge; one customer names Andrius as a genuine expert who is determined to resolve problems, while others refer to Andy and his team as thorough and patient.

Communication is a point that comes up often, both during planning visits and in the servicing that follows completion, with teething issues reportedly sorted promptly and without fuss. Customers describe the process as hassle free from the first call through to the final works, and many mention being kept updated at every stage. The finish of the installations is widely complimented, and the ongoing support and readiness to offer further advice are noted alongside the configuration work carried out for individual properties.

Highly recommend AG Automation! Excellent product & service. The team were a pleasure to have on-site, extremely professional, courteous & proficient. Managed all my configuration needs & the finish is top notch. Overall very happy with our Aluminium automated gates, which replaced a dilapidated wooden installation. A big, but worthwhile investment.

Thrilled with our new gates. The two fitters were working in unbearable heat but were so courteous and friendly. They dealt with all problems so positively and nothing was too much trouble. I will recommend you to all friends in the vicinity and thank you for a great job
