Complete lack of responsibility. Left an alarm going for 14 hours in an empty site located in a small village. They were advised of the alarm at 10pm and again by several callers at various times throughout the night until they eventually attended at 11.30am. Luckily there was no emergency or it could have caused terrible damage. I would think very carefully before using this company.

Terrible company. Apparently managing an empty site in our small village, but refuse to turn of siren for hours and hours over night. Consider if you want this company looking after your site when they do not respond to fire/ security risks even when informed. Complete lack of care for their customers.
